About Us
Our primary focus is on fresh starts and community in our historic coastal town of Lake Worth Beach, FL. Businesses have a better chance of succeeding if they work together with other businesses, offering support and resources. At the Lake Worth Beach Chamber of Commerce, we offer monthly and annual events to continually support the businesses on the coast and the surrounding areas.
Dual Membership
As a member of the Lake Worth Beach Chamber of Commerce, you automatically gain membership to the Lantana Chamber of Commerce as well. This dual membership provides you with access to business owners in both Lake Worth Beach and Lantana, significantly increasing your exposure and networking opportunities.
While the Lake Worth Beach Chamber and the Lantana Chamber are interconnected through this membership arrangement, it’s important to note that each chamber operates independently. The Lake Worth Beach Chamber maintains its own governing board, allowing it to make decisions and set policies tailored specifically to the needs and interests of the Lake Worth Beach business community. Likewise, the Lantana Chamber retains its own independent governance and decision-making structure.
To enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, the Lake Worth Beach Chamber takes advantage of the existing infrastructure provided by the Lantana Chamber. This includes access to a dedicated office administration staff and a physical office located in Lantana. This shared resource arrangement allows us to provide enhanced services and support to our members without duplicating administrative efforts.
By leveraging the infrastructure and resources of the Lantana Chamber, we can focus on delivering valuable programs, events, and initiatives to benefit our Lake Worth Beach members. We remain committed to maintaining our own financial accountability and ensuring that the interests and needs of the Lake Worth Beach business community are our top priority.
This collaborative approach between the Lake Worth Beach Chamber and the Lantana Chamber creates a powerful network that spans two vibrant cities. It enables us to maximize opportunities for our members, facilitate cross-city connections, and foster regional business growth.

Nadine Heitz
President

A Toronto native and passionate business community advocate, currently serves as the chamber of commerce president in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. She enjoyed a successful career in marketing before becoming a legal practitioner after moving to the U.S. to manage an immigration law firm, eventually becoming a U.S citizen. Also, being California State Bar licensed, she is capable of providing immigration legal aid nationwide. Nadine lives in the Parrot Cove community of Lake Worth Beach and runs her law office in the downtown area. As the board president, she actively supports downtown business owners with a focus on promoting a thriving business environment and ensuring resources to foster the city’s growth and success.

Mitch Wright also know as “Coach Mitch” is co-owner of The Zoo Gym with his wife Jasmine. They took ownership of The Zoo Gym in Lake Worth Beach in August of 2023 where Mitchell is the head trainer and gym manager and Jasmine works behind the scenes. The couple has a passion for helping people become their best version of themselves through fitness, and has a deep desire to impact the community far past the walls of their gym.

Paul Coates brings over 20 years of experience in business development, commercial real estate, and entrepreneurship to the Lake Worth Beach Chamber. After building a successful coffee company in Seattle, Paul relocated to Wellington, Florida, in 2019 to bring his expertise to South Florida’s business community. In 2022, he and his family established South Beach Coffee Co. in Lake Worth Beach, quickly becoming a local favorite for its quality and community focus.
As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in commercial real estate, Paul assists businesses with buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties. His strategic insights and commitment to supporting local businesses reflect his dedication to Lake Worth Beach’s economic development.
Paul is actively involved in initiatives that foster local growth. In his personal time, he enjoys family activities, exploring South Florida’s culture, and staying active through running and fitness.
Ryan Smollar

Ryan Jay Smollar is a native Floridian who is attuned to the diverse needs of his clients. He received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee and his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas School of Law. Ryan is a passionate advocate for seniors and the families who care about them.
Ryan’s practice is focused towards Elder Law, Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Probate Administration and Asset Preservation. Ryan seeks to help families avoid Guardianship through advanced planning when possible. However, in the absence of proactive planning, Ryan can assist responsible family members in becoming the legal Guardian for an incapacitated loved one.
